FOX Charlotte TV is looking for a full-time assignment editor. The successful candidate will assign news crews, as well as enterprise, develop and track news stories. The best candidate must be organized and able to multi-task under pressure. You should be able to answer phones, handle faxes, mail, and listen to scanners. Candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks in a sometimes-stressful environment. Ability to quickly develop sources is critical. Minimum one-year experience preferred as a producer, assignment editor, photographer or reporter. Computer-assisted reporting skills and a college degree are preferred.
