This year's keynote speaker for the 2025 RTDNAC Awards Luncheon is Johnny Green Jr., the President and General Manager at CBS New York and CBS Boston.
There is still time to register to attend this year's luncheon on Nov. 8 at The Speedway Club at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Registration will close on Monday, Nov. 3 at noon.

Johnny Green, Jr. is the president and regional general manager of CBS New York (WCBS-TV) and CBS Boston (WBZ-TV).
Green’s career with CBS began in 2015, and he has since held several key leadership roles, including vice president of news services at CBS News, where he managed CBS Newspath—the network’s satellite news-gathering service that delivers national and regional news, features, and live event coverage to affiliates nationwide.
Before his current regional role, Green spent five years at WBZ-TV in Boston, where he rose from assistant news director to vice president and news director.
A respected voice in newsroom innovation and diversity, Green is a member of the CBS Diversity Council and has served on the boards of the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts and the Racial Equity Advisory Board in Boston. He is also a C-Suite member of The Partnership, a Boston-based organization dedicated to advancing multicultural leadership in corporate America.
Prior to working at WBZ-TV, Green was an executive producer at WCAU-TV in Philadelphia. Before that, he was an executive producer at WPXI-TV in Pittsburgh and earlier at WPDE-TV in Myrtle Beach.
Green began his career as a producer at WCTI-TV in New Bern, N.C., before stops at WCNC-TV and WSOC-TV in Charlotte and WRAL-TV in Raleigh.
Green is a South Carolina native and a graduate of North Carolina Central University in Durham.
